SESAME TAHINI “WHOLEGRAIN”

SESAME TAHINI PLAIN

Studies show that sesame tahini contains more protein than cheese, some meats and soybeans. It is an efficacious balm for the gastrointestinal tract. Taking 2-3 tablespoons before breakfast can help prevent ulcers and gastritis.
