Einkorn is one of the earliest cultivated forms of wild wheat, characterized by the fact that it is not fertilized or sprayed with chemicals and accepts no chemicals from the soil.

It contains a high amount of nutrients – minerals and vitamins. The wild wheat contains almost times more fat, protein, phosphorus, vitamins of groups B and A. It is used in the gluten-free diet. For the absence of gluten it has no baking qualities where yeast is used.
It is very suitable for making bread with soda or yeast, as well as an additive!

WHOLEGRAIN FLOUR DINKEL

Dinkel is a wholemeal flour of emmer with added 50 grams of nuts (peeled sunflower and pumpkin seeds).
Emmer known as Dinky is not fertilized or sprayed with chemicals and accepts no chemicals from the soil, as well as radiation and cannot be genetically modified.

It contains a high amount of nutrients – minerals and vitamins. In the wild wheat has almost two times more fat, protein, phosphorus, and vitamins of group B and A. Dinkel contains a balanced amount of gluten and is suitable for cooking pastry.

BUCKWHEAT FLOUR

In the wild wheat has nearly twice as much fat, protein, phosphorus, vitamins of groups B and A than in the other species. Dinkel contains a balanced amount of gluten and is suitable for cooking pastry.

HEMP PROTEIN
